Our goal is to always make sure your orders are shipped with care and in a timely manner.

• Design We Print currently only ships within United States.
• We ship using UPS and USPS. Customer orders being shipped will have a tracking number that will be sent to the customer’s email and uploaded to your account portal.
• Regular orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday)of when the order is received.
• All customer orders are important to us and if you need your order immediately due to business needs, please contact us via email orders@designweprint.com and we will do our best to assist you with the request.
• Your transfer will arrive in a large envelope packaged with plastic with a “Do Not Bend labels” to ensure your transfer is in good condition when you receive it.  If your package is damaged in any way please email us or send us a support ticket.
